How We Met

Ok so READERS DIGEST VERSION:
after starting back up with myspace I was looking for friends from high school. I had them on my OLD myspace page and wanted them on the new one I set up too. I was looking for some that I knew moved to Indiana so I set the search for 100 miles and began looking for my friends page. I can across HIS and looked at it, read his page,,, then moved on and kept looking for my friends. BUT I just kept going back to look at HIS page over and over. Something just kept drawing me to it; I didn't know him, I thought " This is crazy " but I send a friend request anyway. To my surprise HE accepted it... we had both left a comment you know Hi How are ya.. nice pic,,,,,,,, Just general stuff. And that was the end of it.
Then Dec 31st HE had something posted that just got to me so I emailed HIM. We emailed back and forth throughout the day and exchanged IM usernames... and chatted on line for a long time. Not sure how but we ended up on the phone toasting in the NEW YEAR! We talked til like 1 in the morning. It was the best time I had had in a LONG time.
JAN.1st .... HE comes up with his son for the day. I was so nervous... they show up and he brings in his son and he said he wanted a hug. I was a little taken back by that just meeting for the 1st time but i gave him a hug. He said I'll be right back and he want back out and came in with 2 doz Roses (1 doz red and 1 doz white. WHITE are my favorite he didn't know that but WOW) , a card, and a box of candies. We watched his son play and run around with my dog, talked, tried to watch a movie lol. It was a great day and the start of it all.
We have talked / been together everyday from that point. HE is the most wonderful, caring, loving, man I have EVER known. I thank God everyday for allowing our lives to come together and now together we'll see what else God has in store for us.

UP-DATE

Well I know it's been a long time from my last post but A LOT has been going on. Let's see....

My divorce is final and WE ARE doing shared parenting DESPITE what my EX is telling people.

I'm done with school and took my state boards ( find out today if I passed ).

I have moved away from all the DRAMA, although I miss my family greatly I think this is the best thing I could have ever done. I have never lived away from my family.

I have been with the same man for almost 8 months now. He has been a God send and I thank God ever day for putting such a person in my life. When I had all but given up on the idea of ever finding a man that I would be able to trust whole heartedly; God had our paths cross and I'm so thankful for that.
... so HERE'S TO A NEW START AND A NEW LIFE.

We as Nursing students are taught that we are here to Care for, Support,
Comfort, and above all PROTECT our Patients.






There are many ways to protect our Patients:
We use gowns, gloves, and mask not only to protect our selves from a disease or infection.
But to also PROTECT the Patients we are caring for as to not spread that disease or infection.

Most rooms will have signs posted to let you know that this patient needs special protection used when caring for that patient.


Just remember to ALWAYS USE PROTECTION.
You never know what's out there :)

Why are there interstate highways in Hawaii?

Why are there flotation devices under plane seats instead of parachutes?

Why are cigarettes sold in gas stations when smoking is prohibited there?

Why do fat chance and slim chance mean the same thing?

If you can't drink and drive, why do you need a driver's license to buy liquor, and why do bars have parking lots?

Do you need a silencer if you are going to shoot a mime?

If 7-11 is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, why are there locks on the doors?

If a cow laughed real hard, would milk come out her nose?

If nothing ever sticks to TEFLON, how do they make TEFLON stick to the pan?

Why do they put Braille dots on the keypad of the drive-up ATM?

Why isn't "palindrome" spelled the same way backwards?

Why is it that when you transport something by car, it's called a shipment, but when you transport something by ship, it's called cargo?

You know that little indestructible black box that is used on planes, why can't they make the whole plane out of the same substance?
